Everything was exceptional, Evelina made our stay perfect and went way beyond our expectation. She was a fantastic hostess and everything was spotless. A beautiful quiet area with many affordable restaurants close by. I can’t recommend highly enough Perfetto!

It was very comfortable and cozy. The apartment was clean, pleasant, and well-equipped. I would especially like to highlight the host — very caring and attentive.

B&B is in a quiet and safe residential part of town, and it’s easy to reach town centre. The room was spacious and clean, with the big bathroom. Everything worked well. The hosts were really nice and friendly people and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was prepared at the time that suit you, it was Italian style breakfast with toasts, cheeses, ham, jam, yoghurt and cappuccino.

Place is very good located with metro station ten min. walking.Very quiet neighborhood vith lovely bars, restaurants and pasty shops.Host Evelina is wonderful person and very communicative.

A beautiful B&B in a fabulous location. Walter, the host, is a wonderfully helpful, authentically engaging and genuinely nice man; he is so knowledgeable and was keenly interested in our interests so he could tailor his advice on the what, where and how to make our visit to Milan special. Our room was spacious, the bed excellent, the bathroom enormous and we really appreciated the block out blinds and the fact the B&B is back from the street so very quiet. Loads of fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars very close by.

“Perfect for a citytrip in Milan”

The location was just outside the heart of Milan. It’s a quiet neighborhood, with peaceful rooms and some nice restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The breakfast was good, and both the hostess and host were very friendly. Highly recommended

Loved the history of this property. The entrance and lift to the apartment was delightful. Our host was fantastic and the restaurant recommendations made our stay. Thank you for everything, including the wonderful breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Very close to Linate airport. Amazing bars, restaurants and cafes in the area. Very easy to get to the city centre. The hostess Evelina was wonderful, had loads of recommendations for the area.

“Beautiful and well located place let down by an underwhelming breakfast”

Beautiful apartment with just two guest rooms so it felt quite exclusive! Room was very comfortable and well appointed and the shared kitchen (with balcony) provided tea and coffee making facilities. Check in and breakfast was presided over by a very nice gentleman who spoke good English and provided lots of advice about the best ways to get around the city on public transport. The location was quiet but well connected with Metro and buses, and good eating places within a short walk.

Our host Fernando was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. We appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to leave our bags both before check-in and after checkout. The breakfast was served to us by Fernando at a time of our choice. Felt very special!

Bed was really comfortable. Air conditioner was hard to control I wasn’t aware it was a bnb didn’t like that we weren’t just given breakfast and the owner left us to enjoy breakfast to ourselves that felt uncomfortable. But other then that everything was great
