The staff were always friendly and welcoming. Every day, they kindly provided drinking water and sweets in the room. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the room was kept very clean throughout our stay.

The place was very clean. The people working at the hotel were very kind and respectful, and they gladly gave us everything we needed with kindness. The hotel’s location was excellent, close to everything. The breakfast was more than wonderful, and the dining area was very clean.

“Its good. The location made it up for me.”
The location was excellent. The best staff in this hotel was the man working in the breakfast hall. Every thing was clean. The food was great. The man was very kind and respectfull. He left a very good impresdion on me. The other staff were good too. The room was more like an office. The only fabric was the currten. Some of the lady reseptionest were a bit rude. Overall, I had a good stay in this hotel. Thanks a lot.

“A well located base in Milan”
Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the Duomo. Relatively quiet, felt safe. Comfortable bed. Didn’t have the (€30 pp) breakfast.
