When we checked in, there was a lot of dust and hair from previous guests on the floor. There were also short hairs in the bathroom, apparently left after the previous guest had shaved. We had to wet a bath towel and start by cleaning the floor ourselves. Despite this, we were charged €9 for cleaning. You should expect the cleaning standard to be quite low.

“Great 3 bedroom apartment”
Lovely 3 bedroom apartment on 4th floor. 2 bathrooms were the perfect touch. Had cooking utensils and even had washing up liquid and sponge which is a rarity! Metro station was a 5 .minute walk at best (once we found it). 10 minutes to Milano Centrale station which was perfect.

“A wonderful, clean, friendly and comfortable stay”
The little apartment is fabulous - great little kitchen, nice basic bathroom', very large bedrooms with the most comfortable beds ever! Lots of wardrobe and storage space. The place was immaculately clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful!

nice big 2 rooms, big bathroom, big balcony. Metro 5 min away, niuce pizza restaurants close to the hotel. parking 15 € behind the hotel. all kitchen utilities and more have been available
