One of the best rooms in my life

“Good value”

Room was clean and relatively comfortable. Bathroom was clean too. Friendly staff and in a quiet neighborhood. It's about 10 minutes walk to a metro station so quite easy to get into the city centre. They kindly stored our luggage on the day of check-out.

“Quite basic and poorly maintained”

The girls on the staff were very attentive and friendly. However, the man who seemed to be the owner or manager gave off really bad vibes. On the first night in the 8-bed female dorm, the air conditioning and fan were on, which was absolutely necessary because of the heat. The second night, when I wasn’t there, they turned them off. I politely asked if they could switch them back on, but he refused and was also quite rude and dismissive in the way he explained it.

The owners r such a lovely couple! Very helpfull, all smiles even under immense pressure! A very busy clean and quirky building! So clean, beautifully fitted!!! Rooms r big, well aerated, lovely clean sheets, clean toilets, and it's a showe😞 orate showers Rotherham have a bath but what showers!!! The output was amazing and the immensely hot water was undiscribable i had to extend my stay!! Its close to train, metro, buses, the canal.and its beautiful clean healthy water!! Fish everywhere!!!!! Beautiful restaurant. Tasty menus, loads of choices, coffee, ice cream!!! Heaven!!! You can go anywhere all public transport at a walking distance! The area soo safe! The building is secure and the owners will stand and show you where everything is, witch way to the center of milan, where transport is, best of places 4 pizzas. Steaks, art, coffee, u name it! Just love it.

Staff was very nice. We were allowed to leave our bags after check out till our flight. The room was clean.

I stayed second time in that Hostel. Beds are very comfortable, wifi is fast, the staff is very polite, the location is perfect. I like all about it!

This is truly a place with a story. The staff were super friendly and offered great hospitality throughout the stay. The location is amazing — close to everything and very accessible. The place was clean, and there’s a very cute little rooftop where you can relax and enjoy some sun. Highly recommended!

“Comfortable stay in Milan that won’t break the bank”

Well located. Extremely close to the canal and bars where you can have your afternoon Spritz at sunset. The building is well maintained and well divided when it comes to private rooms and the hostel portion. It is very quiet. The Romolo M2 station is about a 10 minute walk and you can get to the center quickly. There is a nearby park where you can take a walk or just relax under a tree.

This was an excellent location to go to concert nearby. Next to the metro, next to lots of restaurants and bars, and easy to find. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was exactly what we needed - clean, exactly as described. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient location and no-hassle stay, especially if you aren't going to spend much time in your room.

Clean room, bedding all made up. Very clean and spacious bathroom. They also provided a towel I had two bookings over three days and they kindly kept my luggage for me and when I had a late check in, everything was ready for me including my key as promised. Sonia who helped me was very kind and professional.

An amazing experience at this property, very quiet people and the staff very friendly all facilities available at all time, just 30-35 min from the Duomo. Good thing they speak English as well as I don’t know Italian language, definitely I highly recommend it.

Such a nice, welcoming and organized place and it's situated at a very lovely neighborhood too. I really enjoy the people I met there, the owners are simply fantastic! Definitely gonna stay at this place again if I ever go back to Milano!
