Very clean, Cozy design. There is a kettle and tea. I found it easily and checked in.

If felt like you were stopping in a friends flat, all necessary items were there including washing machine, cleaning products. No 5 tram gave you good connectivity to the central train station in about 25 minutes. A number of restaurants and places to eat nearby and also two supermarkets if needed. Good communication with the owner and easy and safe access to the property.

Was a really nice stay, only the room isolation from sound could be better, but overall really good!

A Casa di Beatrice was a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Milan for a few nights. It's not in the heart of the city (about 45 minutes walk to the Duomo), but is conveniently connected via Metro Linea 4 (which is perfect for Linate Airport and Circolo Magnolia, the venue of the concert I was in the city for). The apartment is equipped with everything a single or couple might need when staying for both short and long stays. The bed was ultra-comfortable, the decor and ambience quite classy and I felt at home.

Beautiful small room with everything you need for a short trip. The metro is near to the apartment that you can reach the city or airport in few minutes. Nice guest services and fast responses.

Great stay in Milan! Room is compact, but had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern and clean, also great that you can cook and coffee machine included. Definitely can recommend for a 2-3 day stay in Milan. Location was also nice, supermarket nearby. A bit far from the city centre, but easy to commute via public transport.

The apartment was clean and very nice looking. We didn't spend much time in the apartment thus sleeping but it had equipment for also cooking which was nice.

Very clean, close to the city and lots of nice bars and restaurants in the nearby area. Very close also to buses/trams. There is also a cool market on Fridays just down the road. Perfect for a couple and few days stay. The host was very helpful and communication was really easy.
