“A memorable stay to start the new year!”

The staff is warm and professional, in spite of the New Year crowd. They also informed us ahead of time about the full carpark and made back up plans in case. The bed and pillows were superb, we had very good sleep over these few nights we were here. The common area is cosy and spacious, there’s coffee and a variety of soups available, microwave and oven (!), and a little mart for small snacks and drinks.

Clean, modern and has an area at the lobby with microwave, sink, coffee etc. The gorgeous sunrise right outside my window was a bonus!

This hotel was beautiful. Accross the road from the beach. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. Lots of ammenities, staff are very kind and offered ideas on best places to eat when we arrived late.

Very nice hotel. Easy to reach. Comfortable room. Good beds. No breakfast or dinner facilities but supermarket at 200 m and facilities to eat (microwave etc) in the hotel lobby. Very quiet room (we were at the back of the hotel)

Beautiful and exceptionally clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and large, plenty of space. There is no breakfast provided but you could buy from the nearby supermarket or from the hotel itself. The pantry is well equipped with toasters, microwaves, and ice machines, even cutlery. We had a very comfortable stay here which was perfect as there were hardly any hotels in the area. Good spot to drive up into the mountains and explore Kumano Kodo. Would stay here again.

We were genuinely quite surprised at how nice this hotel was. Visiting as part of a three week tour for our honeymoon, we stayed in 9 hotels, and some swanky ones costing almost 10x this per night. Somehow I remember this over most of them. Value for money, this was the best out of them all. Service was amazing (obviously, it's Japan). The reception, halls and rooms were mostly made out of wood and with the lighting low and moody, it was a very chilled and relaxing place to be. The bed was gigantic, and the amenities in the room just what you need - really good shower with good shampoo and gel, mirrors, water, tea & coffee with a kettle, pj's etc. In addition, there's a communal area on the ground floor with a fridge containing frozen fresh soups (didn't try), and a microwave, kettle, and all of the utensils for dinner in a kitchen area nearby. It's on a main-ish road but we couldn't hear any noise at all in case you have concerns. There's no restaraunt here but they offer bento boxes for breakfast. I'd highly recommend the Benkei restaraunt over the road for some extremely nice Ramen!

“Pleasant stay”

This was the best hotel during our month-long trip around Japan. Friendly staff, clean, spacious, comfortable room, great shower. We could use the coffee machine for free. Highly recommended!
