“Comfortable, friendly, and peaceful”
The farm has a good location - close to Chartres but very peaceful. Parking was right by the rooms and we felt very happy to leave our bikes on the car. We had a very comfortable room and enjoyed meeting the other guests around the dining table for meals - dinner was delicious. Laura and Pierre were lovely and so were their children!

What was there not to like beyond only staying one night! Laura & Pierre could not have been more adorable hosts, providing high-quality facilities in a gorgeous, tastefully decorated, environmentally friendly farmhouse, with one of the best, home grown or locally sourced, cooked dinners we have had in a long time. Enjoyable and entertaining company was had with other guests both at dinner and breakfast in the spacious dining room boasting a 14-seat table (maybe 12). In fact breakfast was a veritable feast of delicious home made jams, honey, yogurt and granola all accompanying the home grown fruits with extremely good local bread and croissant. As an aside, the plum crumble with vanilla ice cream was totally irresistible.

“Lovely family room and dinner”
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Our kids were welcomed into their garden and played with their kids. Their home and our rooms were lovely. The home-cooked meals were amazing and made with their home-grown produce. The host is a real foodie. It was en route back to Calais from the Dordogne and not too far from the main route. There is a lovely nearby walk to stretch your legs.

Laura & Pierre very friendly & interesting family. Good to meet with people & have a long chat, rather than self check ins. Location on a large, old & working farm in farm buildings in a rural area added both to attraction and interest. This is a rich agricultural area. Breakfast was great, wholesome, hearty. Proximity to Chartres good. We enjoyed it.
