What a fabulous place.to stay. Very friendly host who took us up personally so we had no trouble.finding the house Superb location and views. House very clean and comfortable. We loved it here. Easy to get to Fuente de but worth booking tickets ahead if the weather forecast is.good. if like us youd been travelling before getting here there is a.good.launderette next.to the Lupa supermarket in Potes

You would find it hard to beat the beautiful location of Casa Mieses. The house is peaceful, clean and comfortable with fabulous views of The Picos and a pleasant walk to Potes (make sure you take the shorter route, its steeper but quicker). There was a big festival the first weekend of our stay with live music, fireworks, local food and street processions. Wonderful! Potes itself is a beautiful town with great restaurants, a pretty church, cosy bars and cafes and an interesting museum. There are great places to explore outside Potes too and so many lovely walks with breathtaking scenery and captivating wildlife. Diego gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful with suggestions for local places to visit and excursions to take.

the host was pleasant and with great communication, the house is in a beautiful location and near enough to walk from Potes. Comfortable beds and a great shower, really enjoyed the stay thanks!

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the moment we arrived. The owners were so friendly and helpful, they even picked us up from the town and took us to the house. I had lost my purse on the bus from Santander and the owner went above and beyond to contact the bus company for me and we eventually found it! The house itself was gorgeous with surrounding views of Los Picos. It was like we were living in a dream. Amazing value for money. We came using public transport and it was easy enough to get to. The walk from Potes is about 15-20 minutes, but just be aware it's uphill and quite steep, so quite tiring if you are going back and forth. We didn't mind because we enjoy a hike but a taxi is always an option if needed. Overall, this place was incredible. If we ever visit Potes again we will definitely return to Casa Mieses. Thank you for such an amazing weekend

The location is beautiful, with stunning views. The property is exceptionally clean and well presented. Good shower. Very welcoming for motorcycles, with plenty of outside parking. We were made to feel very welcome.

“Perfect view of the mountains”

Accommodation with a perfect view of the mountains. A quiet and peaceful place where you only perceive the surrounding nature. The accommodation is spacious and clean. Very nice owners Diego and Rosa.

The view was breath taking. The house was close to the city center and to all activities.
