“Cauchemar”
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty, and there was a terrible smell as soon as we entered. There was also a strong toilet/sewage odor that made the room very unpleasant. The room was damp, and the humidity smell was unbearable. The worst part was the insects. They were everywhere, including on the bed. We killed more than 20 ants in our room, and it was impossible to feel comfortable or sleep peacefully. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have never experienced a hotel in such poor condition. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

“The hotel is very large and the staff is a few, they cannot manage to serve it the best. Also the furniture is torn out”

The staff in the hotel work especially hard, all go out of there way to make your stay a lovely experience, the entertainment team are amazing and the customer service at the front desk is impeccable service, especially Omar who is probably the most honest, kind, caring person I've ever met, he sorted out any issues straight away and is an asset to the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great and the pools were so big and made us very happy that there were more. The sea was immaculate and the beach was very clean. The food was very varied and delicious. Our room was big and comfortable. Every day housekeeping cleaned your room and the products we used were replaced. This made us very happy.

“Relaxing, fun”
It was clean, we stayed here for a week and was a bit worried after reading the reviews, the food isn’t amazing but you will always find something to eat, they had lots of meat dishes, freshly prepared pizza, I had omelet for breakfast every day cooked in front of me. My son had freshly cooked waffles, pancakes. Staff in the bar were lovely especially upstairs. , 2 big bars, 3 swimming pools. The people were lovely and did not hassle you to join in activities or do excursions. We had a really nice time and would definitely go back. We were the only English there.
