Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was absolutely amazing. Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The entire staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more special. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Highly recommend.

“Poorly managed hotel”

This place is a bad joke. You advertise it as a “boutique” property, but there is absolutely nothing boutique about it. We booked three nights but decided to leave after just one night, as the conditions are unacceptable. There are serious issues throughout the property: . Doors have no proper insulation. . Visible salt damage and general deterioration across the room. . Balcony doors are not functioning properly. . Air conditioning is weak and ineffective. . Mold is present in the room. . The bathroom is in very poor condition. . Cleanliness is lacking (spider webs, dirt). . The staff is nonchalant: no assistance with luggage and very little consideration during check-in. . We were also asked to pay in cash. Another major issue is that external people are allowed on the premises. They use the available facilities and some display inappropriate and disrespectful behavior, which makes guests uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep due to the noise, as the property is extremely poorly insulated. This is a critical issue for a hotel located so close to the ocean, where proper sound insulation should be a basic requirement. The location itself is beautiful, but the hotel does not match its claims. It feels much closer to a 2-star property than to the 5-star level it appears to (self-)assign. We would have been satisfied with this level of quality at half the price. At the price paid, we can only express our disappointment.

Just for the feeling of waking up and being able to walk on the beach, or spending an evening there under the stars… within just 15 minutes I saw two shooting stars. For that reason, I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect if you love surfing. There’s a famous wave just a few meters from your bed, you literally wake up, look out, and see the ocean and turtles swimming by. Located in the heart of Midigama, yet surrounded by quiet, uncrowded beaches, it offers the perfect balance between location and peace. The breakfast was perfect, the food delicious, and the service outstanding. The location is stunning, ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in southern Sri Lanka. Impeccable cleanliness and an incredible attention to detail in every corner. You can really feel the care and love behind this place. A 10/10 stay, highly recommended, and we would return without hesitation.

Following the advice of many other travelers who recommended coming here, this became our favorite hotel of our entire trip through the south. The experience was incredible, literally right in front of the beach, where you step outside and you’re in the ocean. Breakfast included was exquisite, and the food at the restaurant was consistently excellent throughout our stay. There is a swimming area with a natural pool that feels truly magical at sunset. We would absolutely come back and recommend it without hesitation.

We chose this place mainly for the location, but it ended up offering much more. Incredible views, (turtles from the bed, a famous surf point) a fantastic breakfast included, and an overall experience that felt well above what we paid. Everything was easy and comfortable from start to finish, and the atmosphere made it a place we genuinely enjoyed spending time in. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
