Location in Midelt was easy to find. Parked the bike within the walls of the hotel which was fine. Hotel was lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Not many vegetarian options to be honest. They serve alcohol which was great. Hotel is well worth the stop on the way south.

“A deeply disappointing experience marked by dishonesty, blame-shifting, and a failure to take responsibility when it mat”
The manager was extremely dishonest in how he handled our situation. I reached out to him multiple times after the road police closed access early due to snow. Instead of helping, he repeatedly blamed Booking.com and claimed he could not refund us. However, Booking.com clearly stated that it was the manager’s responsibility to inform them so the reimbursement could be processed. He knew exactly what needed to be done but chose not to do it. At this point, all I can say now is that I leave this matter between him and his (god). 😞

“Fairy tale”
The kasbah is wonderful. The rooms are truly luxurious, clean, and beautiful — you feel like you’re in a 1001 Nights fairy tale. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, the food is excellent, and the breakfast is buffet-style and very generous.

Nice swimming pool, but it's actually always too cold to use it. Alcohol is served (including Flag beer for 30 MAD).

“A short but comfortable stay”
The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There is a minifridge in the room although we didn't use it. Hot water in the shower is working. The kasbah is huge by itself. The dining area and sitting area are well decorated. We came in a quieter season but you definitely can still see its busy and glorious days. We had the chance to chat with the owner Hafsa. A very friendly and welcoming person. We learnt more about the area of Midelt and the history of the place and would love to come back another time.
