“Dirty, smelly, not satisfied :(”

The apartment when I have arrived was so dirty, lot of mess on the floor, I need to vacuum whole apartment by myself. Also lot of bugs, mostly ants (about 30-40). There were no bed sheets, after calling to hotline, they told me that I didn't pay for it (there were no possibility to pay for it). I was able to pay for it even that day, but they told me that I need to go like 1 hour far to bring the bed sheets by myself, or the second option which I was really disappointed to hear from the guy "there is market near the apartment, you can buy some bedsheets there". This is very unprofessional, and I have never seen this before that there is no bedsheets. People booked hotel/apartment mostly to sleep there and we should pay extra money for bed sheets.. This is very sad. Also I didn't feel good here, it smelled here very very bad. In bathroom smelled like dirty dog. Hope that Novasol will read this and approve this for the next time. But I am not choosing their apartments next time, sadly this was the last apartment available in location where I need to be. Pro tip: bring with yourself bedsheets, towels, plates/bowls :D there is kitchen with some dirty pots but there are no plates so you can eat directly from table :D
