The location is perfect. An easy walk to town with all the restaurants and bars.. the room was very clean and the bed perfect. The room temp was set perfectly as it was freezing outside with the room nice and warm. Great view from the room as well heaps of parking available in the street.

Good and quiet location, just five minutes walk to the centre of beautiful town. Breakfast menu was simple but sufficient, bread was warm, coffee was excellent. We parked a car at public parking just in front of the hotel. As it was free on Sunday, not so expensive.

“Exceptional homelike stay”

Bart and the whole team made our stay exceptional as we were settling into Middelburg for our daughter. The room was large and comfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Perfectly located between train station and the beautiful old city centre all within walking distance. Rooms, and dining room were bright, inviting, clean and had everything one needs for a memorable stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and competent. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Central location. Excellent, friendly staff. We stayed in two self catering apartments next door to each other which was great for the 8 of us, including our two grandchildren. Bart was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. We loved having the use of the common room in an evening with lots of games etc to keep the children entertained and the 'honesty bar' was a great idea. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends and family and would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful place at a quite location but still close to the center of the city, train station, etc. Spacious room with a terrace. Good breakfast with quality coffee. Friendly staff.
