The washing machine was hard to operate and/or didn’t work. I spent a fair amount of time wringing and rinsing my clothes as it seemed to stop mid cycle. Perhaps some instructions would help?

Lovely, spacious apartment with its own fully equipped kitchenette and very comfortable bed. It was very clean. The apartment is located in a historic building in the center of Middelburg. Cafés, restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Nevertheless, the apartment was very quiet. We were very happy with the accommodation.

The owner, Ron, is very friendly!

The location was great however, there was some noise from the nearby cafes into the night.

“Great place to stay in the heart of Middelburg”

The property is really nice and well situated in the perfect location right in the middle of town. The breakfast was very nice (€15 pp) and the service provided by Jacqueline was top notch. The property is a historic building and is very pretty. My partner and I stayed in the top floor apartment (#4 - the first "superior queen room" listed on Booking, "Appartement Carillon" listed on their website). The apartment was really nice and was a great deal. The apartment is the length of the building and overlooks the terrace in the back and has a window to the street in the front, as well as windows throughout the sides of the slanted roof. It has pretty wooden beams and a nice living room and kitchen. There was also a fan provided and a very large bed that you can adjust up and down. We were very happy with our stay and I would definitely return!

The property is located on the center of the city. You have many restaurants and shops just around the corner. Easy self checking. The room was big enough and equipped with everything that you need.

Great location, close to town centre, restaurants and bars, but room was very quiet. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom recently renovated.

The best B & B in Middelburg. Jaqueline is a perfect host, awesome friendly and always smiling. De Biecorff is an wonderful historic bildung with modern design. Room Nr. 1, Appartement, a lot of space, own kitchen, living and bed room. And it was quiet. The breakfast was perfect too. The location is close to all sightseeing attractions and to the beaches.

Attention to detail in design of apartments and overall equipment, very kind and friendly landlord and lady taking care of the guests, best address in Middelburg for both a short or longer stay - close to all beaches in Zeeland, sweet town to explore, great for activities with kids.

What I like most?? Is the host - husband and wife !! They were awesome, always available, friendly and always smiling !! This is something difficult to find in Europe. The house was elegantly finished , well thought after and ahead of the curve.
