Overview
Situated in the centre of Middelburg in a monumental building, De Babbelaar offers a duplex self-catering two-bedroom holiday home with a garden and free Wi-Fi access. In the centre there are also many shops and monuments, as Middelburg is one of the most well-known monumental cities of the Netherlands. Vlissingen, which includes a beach, can be reached within 11 minutes by car. Middelburg's train station is at a distance of 400 metres and De Babbelaar can arrange a luggage pick up so that you can walk to the accommodation without your luggage.

“Very lovely and convenient house in a pretty, quiet street”
Th very friendly owner lives next door. The house is very cute, there's a little garden and you can use the bikes for free. The center of town is close by and the street itself is very peaceful.

“Great accommodation and hosts, well located in the lovely town of Middelburg”
This was a great find on Booking.Com and I don't believe we could have asked for anymore from the hosts. The location was excellent as it was a very short walk from the station and the property itself was immaculate and well provisioned. Yes the stairs are a challenge to begin with but we soon mastered them. It is well located for things to see and places to eat and we even hired some bikes (CycleHub) and rode into Veere. The views were amazing there and back.

The beds were comfy, the living room was nicely furnished, the back yard/patio was very nice, the location was ideal. And it was super clean!
