What a beautiful guesthouse, very serene. I felt our stay was too short and Anita was so welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and excellent. The room was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. The pool was also very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be returning here

Situated down a quiet residential street not far from the centre of Middleburg, Pumpkin Tree is an ideal guest house to stay for one or or more nights when in, or passing through Middleburg. The rooms and main house are surrounded by a tranquil and very green garden with a small pool and water features that provide a very serene ambience to the house. Breakfast was super and Anita the host could not have been more helpful - highly recommended!

If you step into the property you step into a beautiful oasis. The garden and patio area is absolutely gorgeous with lots of plants and arts, it is fun only to walk around here - we really loved it. All rooms are on ground floor along a nice beautiful area. The rooms are very modern and gorgeous. And what super surprised us, we got a wonderful free breakfast, that was a real bonus. We were super happy we stayed here, as this is a very unique and special place. Thanks for the friendly welcome.
