Overview
Centrally situated in Middelburg, this guest house offers an outdoor swimming pool and free on-site parking. All colourful rooms come with a satellite TV and a private balcony, some overlooking the pool. Small paintings and orange tones give each of the rooms at Del Roza a homely touch. The rooms have tea/coffee facilities, and a private bathroom with either a shower or chic free-standing bathub. An English breakfast is available in the breakfast room each morning. Del Roza Guest House also offers dinner and packed lunches upon request. The property is conveniently located along the routes to Mozambique, Swaziland, Mpumalanga Panorama Route and the Kruger National Park. Botshabelo is 15 km away.

We were welcomed with exceptional hospitality. The staff went out of their way to assist in dietary requirements and special requests. It was a real pleasure staying and will recommend to all who need to make a choice of guest houses in the area.

# The staff was friendly, from them calling us checking how far we are. # Giving us a tour around the facility so that we don't get lost, mind you it was around 10pm, I'm sure they were exhausted but the lady who assisted us was so friendly and bubbly. Eish I forgot her name though🥲. The facility was clean, the breakfast was great.

Very friendly welcome. The staff is a joy to meet. Room perfect, neat and comfortable. Almost feels like a holiday even if you stay only for one night. The guest house is neat to a T. They go above than just checking you in. The pictures does not do it justice.

The service was very friendly, quick and the food was delicious. The coffee was the best we have ever had at ANY hotel or guest house. My Smartwatch said my sleep score was 92% My average is 78%-82% That is scientific proof that the beds are VERY comfortable.
