The hotel is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, perfectly clean everywhere, the staff is very friendly and ready to help, all issues are resolved promptly and on the spot. A very good place to stay.

Don’t forget to pack your sunglasses. As you walk along this sandy white beach you’ll need them. The view of Zanzibar is glowingly bright! In many ways we must conclude that it felt like strolling in the light of paradise. Your nervous system will find ultimate peace here. We would have wished to stay longer! All is in harmony. The staff will joke and smile sincerely with you and the owners will ask you curious questions about your travels. In other words we felt like we landed in a home with good friends around and we really missed the warm and loving atmosphere when we left. The apartment is magnificent. Clean and modernly well decorated. Working aircon, hot showers, fully equipt kitchen, daily roses on a freshly made bed, pancakes with Nutella for breakfast, a local beer in high tide evenings, a stroll down the beach to the blue lagoon filled with fish for snorkelling, quiet nights, morning runs along the beach and "Black" the cutest dog ever - the list goes on. It’s rare to find a place that feels personal on an Island with many tourists around, but this is your place. The owners love for this place is contagious. We hope to be back one day and wish all of you the best for the future. Hope to see you again. The best place we stayed in Zanzibar by far.

It was home, away from home.!!! Beautiful people, beautiful place... a little piece of heaven! We are already missing The View, the people,morning breakfast with Blackie, and all the great people we met on our journey. “Was sad to leave”

The most comfortable bed I’ve had in weeks. So relaxing and they catered to my dietary requirements with yummy GF pancakes. Apartments have all you need to cook for yourself if you want to. A lovely beach to explore when the tide is out and you won’t be interrupted as much as other beaches I’ve experienced.

What a little gem of a place If you want relaxation then this is the place to go. Stayed only 1 night but wish we stayed for more. The view is simply just WOW unspoilt beach for miles to see.

Right on the beach opposite the Rock, the owner was so kind to upgrade us without extra charge, thank you. One peace of advice, avoid booking the MASAAI HUT by all means. Food was also amazing. Amazing sun rise views in the morning

Fantastic place. Surely a home away from home. A special thanks to the hosts Joop and Judee. So nice and helpful. A big effort is being put into the place. Help to make trips, and also to make things work, when for instance the power is cut. This is Africa.

We had a great stay, we discovered the Hotel because we wanted to have dinner at the Rock restaurant but didnt want to drive back to our original resort. The view is the perfect name because it is stunning from your veranda. The owners Yudee and Joop Nigerian/Dutch are excelent hosts and their team is very friendly and effective. Brand new restaurant and tastefull decorated suites, food was great and the coconuts and beer are ice cold. The view is a must when going to Zanzibar. Thanks again Yudee and Joop we had a fantastic time... Frank &Asu
