“Great!!”

The hotel location is very peaceful and the staff were all amazing, from the checkin to the checkout. They planned many activities per day, each one really interesting (from visiting a village school to a Maasai concert). The hotel has two beach options and they are beautiful! The tide is something to keep in mind — at low tide the water gets very shallow, but you can still go in and lie down in the water. The pool is also great! The restaurant view is amazing and the food is good! Not far from the hotel beach, you can find a place with thousands of starfish in different colors and sizes — it is beautiful!! The rock restaurant is about a 30-minutes walk along the beach. It is a calm and lovely region, where you go mostly to relax at the hotel or take small excursions (paid separately) during the day. The massage is great! I came to stay 2 days and ended up staying 4! Really nice area and amazing staff!!

I didn't have the chance to see the hotel. I climbed the Kilimanjaro 7 days, and for my return to Dar es Salam I stopped to spend the weekend in Zanzibar. I choose this hotel because it looked nice on the picture. I have even paid for late check in since I was arriving at 23h, and all-inclusive in my package. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me there was a leak in my room (which I found strange, this kind of things not happened in 5 min, they could inform me). So, I was redirect to another hotel, by the way we looked 30 min to find it with the driver (I was obliged to pay more to the driver for this additional drive). So, I spent my weekend in another hotel with the less quality, I was supposed to look by myself what package I can used because in this hotel it is not all-inclusive. They finally told me that I can used the soft but non-alcohol drinks (which even if I didn't want to consume it is not normal, because I paid for). Nobody from the hotel approached me during the weekend for any explanation. They don't care. I go to Zanzibar ones a month, but never again this area, because it is like 1h30-1h45 from the airport, and never this hotel which is totally scam. So, go to Paje, Jambiani or Nungwi, so much nicer.

Cool environment

Hotel was up to a high standard overall. Staff very helpful and friendly, remembered my daughter’s name which made the experience more personal. Rooms were spacious and very clean, bottled water and coffee/tea provided daily. Pools clean and lots of space for sitting around the pool.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. The food was good, but especially the breakfast was delicious.

Private beaches were great. Nice pool although loungers were limited. Evening entertainment was generally good. Staff were excellent.

The location was incredible, the view from the pool and restaurant was amazing and the beach was gorgeous. The staff were kind, friendly and welcoming always checking to see if you needed anything and happy to help! The room was cleaned daily with fresh flowers left on the bed everyday.

I like that the property was very private, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We felt like we where right at home with all the love,fun activities and entertainment and the food omg definitely coming back for the chapati😁 Shout out to Stella,Cosmos, Hassan, Masai William and other Masai and the guy who did activities i forgot his name we enjoyed your warmth Above all the rest of the staff as well they really made us feel at home away from home❤️

The view is simply amazing, with a brilliant white beach. The hotel has two restaurants — one right by the shore and another on top of the cliff — both offering spectacular views. I loved it. The food was excellent, very delicious with plenty of choice at the buffet. I will definitely come back again to Pearl Beach. The staff were professional, supportive and made the stay even more memorable. Special thanks to Hassan, Laurent and Nasser, as well as the rest of the team. Well done to all of you!

We couldn't fault anything, everything was brilliant. The GM did everything that he could do possible for us & looked after us as it was our wedding anniversary. It's a quiet resort. The scenery was brilliant & beautiful. It was the right location for us & we were really happy there & had a good time. We had a brilliant send off on our last day with all the staff..

“Disappointing that I paid so much. For a below standard hotel”

The electric kept on tripping out so we kept on waking up sweating. The drinks were served out of warm classes, there was no diet option for drinks. The staff were friendly though, I would definitely say this isn’t a 5* hotel at all. I am currently staying in beach Kendwa by the same chain and this hotel is superior in every way.
