“Perfect place for Peace & Tranquility in Paradise!”

It is a haven for peace, this is my happy place in the world. Romana, Carlos, Bob the Dog and Dog Cat (a cat that thinks it’s a dog) are like family. I highly recommend Karibu Paradaizi to anyone that is seeking peace and tranquility with beautiful locations, beaches, mangrove, sand bars and ‘The Blue Lagoon for snorkelling. I am already planning to return in August for a few weeks. Thank you Romana & Carlos see you soon!

Great location and great hosts. One feels at home with Ramona and Carlos in Caribu Paradaizi and Michamvi...minutes walk from the amazing white sand beach, mangroves and village food market great for local fish and octopus soup in the morning...for those who seek some authentic local food experience...Paradaizi will see me again..no doubt🌕🌿🙏

There are two kind of tourist one that’s go like a puppy to what Google first recommended them. The second kind is for people who do their homework For authentic experience. This place is for the second kind. The great restaurant is two minutes away. the local people village people are very nice and they always show you the way and recommended you places that’s not a lot of tourist knows And the most important they see you as a person and not a working wallet when will you get to high tourist area You will understand what I’m talking about. From the room to the beach, it’s a very nice five minutes walk when you go through the village and local Bar and the more and the beach is very quiet. I recommend to sap While there is a sunset I got the red room and it was so good and authentic give you some kind of African vibe 10/10 to Remona and Gary

This property is fantastic budget accommodation. Carlos is a great host and makes you feel that you are in a home away from home. There is a very clean white sandy beach beside the property. The surrounding areas feel very safe all the locals here are friendly and there is no hassle from anyone. I didn’t want to leave! I can’t finish the review without mentioning Bob the dog he is a real character 😀.

Immediately felt like home. Remona ,Gary and Carlos are amazing They have kept the place very well maintained. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed cooking too. Good excess to the beach,after. If you are in Zanzibar you must visit this place and enjoy.

Michamvi and especially Karibu Paradaizi are beautiful and peaceful places. Those seeking relaxation and peace will find it here. Although the accommodation isn't directly on the ocean, the beautiful beach is a 5-minute walk away. I also really enjoyed the short walks to and from the beach. Ramona was a very kind and attentive host, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

“A little bit of Paradise”

Ramona is a warm, wonderful & thoughtful host. The bungalow comfortable & little kitchen ideal for breakfasts & snacks. The beautiful beach is only a few minutes walk. There is a traditional village only a minute walks away, where you can get basic supplies. Ramona's 2 dogs & 2 cats are very much part of the family.

Very cozy, clean and beautiful place. The garden invites for a day in the hammock, the beach is 5 minutes by foot away, the kitchen had everything you need and the small supermarket offers everything you need to use it. Ramona takes good care and is very helpful. If you do not need to have full service but like to take of yourself, this is the place to be. And Biti, the cat was our cuddle sista! :)

Everything. Even before check-in we got all necessary informations by the hosts. Ramona was so helpful. We were able to borrow cooking ingredients aswell. The location is perfect to get away from all of the noise and just relax for a few days. You're in short distance to everything: beach, restaurants, shop, mangroves. The pictures and informations on the app are accurate. We recommend staying here a few days to fully enjoy it.

Beautiful place bear small village

We loved our stay at Karibu Paradaizi! Ramona is extremely warm and welcoming and was happy to help with any questions or queries. We had a blast playing with the new pup, which was affectionately named Chihuahua. Ramona even gave us some great recommendations for the remainder of our trip. Thanks for having us, we will miss the sunsets of beautiful Michamvi x

The accommodation and Ramona are wonderful. Nothing is missing here and the place is super beautiful! There is a fully equipped kitchen, great rooms, a barbecue area and super lovely dogs to look after. Ramona is always on hand with help and advice. We extended from one night to six nights because we liked it so much. Great! Absolutely 10/10 :)

“Good place to relax”

Basic accomodation with dining area and kitchenette. Kind of self catering apartment ten minute walk from Michamvi Kae beach and next to the village where one can find some small local shops. Very quiet place perfect to relax.

Simple accommodation, good value for money. Short walking distance to beautiful beach. No restaurant at accommodation, but kitchen for own cooking and restaurants at the nearby beach. Quiet and relaxing place, with everything you need.

Very nice helpful host. Very good location. And the beach in this part of island is the best because it is quiet. We strongly recommend.

“Excellent host”

Ramona is the best host one could ask for. 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. Nice garden with hammocks Comfortable mattress (I got a soft and thin one first that was killing me but Ramona moved me to a room with hard and very comfortable mattress once I asked her for an alternative).

We were supposed to stay only 2 days but we decided to stay the entire week to Ramona's place. It is a little paradise!! The room is perfect, large bed very confortable, super kitchen well equiped ... The garden is also very peaceful and the beach is at 5min by walk. Michamvi is the ideal place to rest and to share with locals. Sunset is amazing !! We feel at home thanks to Ramona's hospitality.
