The hotel is well-located and clearly reflects a past of elegance and charm. It has a cozy layout and an authentic, rustic decor that is still very inviting. The pool is a pleasant plus, and the restaurant area remains a beautiful spot for relaxing.

Staff are so friendly and do their absolute best to accommodate you. We told them we would be arriving late and they kept the restaurant open! Food is good, traditional but they also gave us chips. You can organise an overnight stay near the Erg Chigaga dunes including a guide there and back as well as activities like camel riding at the desk. We spent the night at Alladin Desert Camp. Our guide, Hamza was fantastic. He took us from M'hamid to our camp and back, he grew up in a desert nomad family so he knows everything there is too know about the Sahara as well as speaking great English and accommodating everything we wanted to do in the desert. It is the people who really make this hotel excellent. The facilities are great (pool and loungers) and the food is good but the staff are so friendly and always try to go above and beyond to accommodate you and make sure you get the absolute best from your visit to the Sahara. They offer activities: overnight desert camp to the Erg Chigaga dunes (if you do this please ask for Hamza, our guide who was absolutely fantastic), camel riding and ATVS which were just brilliant. “When I was relocated to the new hotel, the stay was very good”
When I arrived at this property, it was under construction and the owner has a second hotel in which I stayed. Welcome therefore was a bit disjointed, but at the new hotel I stayed at which was 600 m away. The staff are friendly. The hotel was well equipped with nice rooms, and a great ambience the food was good and served in a buffet style. I’ve given them a rating of eight overall, because of the obvious need to relocate because of the construction works that were taking place. However the hotel I stayed in I will give it 10 to.

A nice team, at the foot of the dunes. Everything was fine, comfortable stay. it was off tourist season, so we were the only ones staying, nice, but a bit deserted at this time of year. We arrived unexpectedly, but they prepared a hot dinner. Breakfast was simple, but everything was fine. card payment was available. thank you
