We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent — it’s easy to get here from Valletta on the Gozo Fast Ferry, and the house is just a short walk from the port. I chose this place because I fell in love with the view shown in the photos — and I’m so glad I did! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Ray and Rosie are very kind and caring. Since my daughter loves swimming, Ray kindly recommended a beautiful and safe beach where the kids could swim and play. The water was so blue and clear that I couldn’t resist jumping in with my kids! From the accommodation, both public buses and Uber are convenient, and it’s also easy to reach Comino Island and the Blue Lagoon. This time, I spent active days exploring the island with my teenage children, but next time, I would love to just relax and enjoy the view from the balcony. I really hope to come back again soon. “Fantastic, when you enter Gozo go no further”

Everything, big clean apartment with aircon in borh the bedroom and livingroom/kitchen. Balcony facing the harbour where we drank copious amounts of wine and watched mediterreanian maritime life in the evenings was splendid. The terrazza at the back is probably nice in other times of the year , in full summer we just used it for drying clothes. The host «East Bay Ray» was easygoing and both check in and check out was perfectually executed. Well the apartment had everything, and our stay was very comforable in the hottest time of the year. Gozo is easy to get around with the perfect base in the harbour.

This is a wonderful apartment, we spend a very nice day, it is very new , very clean,it is very close to the port and the bus station,just a few minute walk. The boss is very nice. If come again ,I want to stay here again

Location was excellent with lots of interest watching the harbour's daily activities from the apartment's balcony The apartment is adequately equipped with all that is required to make meals if you so wish..... however it is within walking distance of some fine restaurants one being a Michelin rated and at very reasonable prices. Driving was particularly easy as the harbour and ferry are well signposted making it an excellent start and return point for touring the islands cities and beaches. Check out was particularly easy, just leaving the key in the box provided and then a very short drive to the ferry avoiding the queues. Our host Ray was very attentive without being intrusive, bringing fresh towels and generally checking all was ok with us throughout the stay.

Great location, balcony at the front and back, black out curtains, super clean, fully equipped kitchen with all dishes and cutlery, comfortable bed, big wardrobe and chest of drawers, washing machine available on the rooftop, air conditioning / heating available, the place actually looks better than in the pictures! We loved the kindness of Rosie and Ray who picked us up from Mgarr harbour! Communication with them was great throughout. The flat is located 1 minute walk from the harbour where most boat tours for Comino & blue lagoon are located, and bus terminal for buses to Victoria. Beautiful hike from Mgarr to Xi-Xini highly recommended! You can also catch the Gozo fast ferry to Valetta from there.

“Perfect apartment, perfect hosts in a perfect spot.”

We have stayed in quite a few different apartments around Malta, this was the best by far. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped and a great view overlooking the coming and goings in the harbour. It was also very quiet. We have been caught out before and have ended up with a apartment above a bar, that is not the case here as Ray & Rosie live below. So we had very quiet neighbours. We also liked the fact that we had two balconies, both front and back, so were able to enjoy two different sunny spots. Highly recommend Ray & Rosies place, they were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If we ever get back to Gozo we are staying here.

Well it was our first time in Malta it was 32c so was very hot and as soon as we got to the apartment the hole island had a power cut the nice owner when out of his way to connect the generator so we would have lights and fans he stay most of the night sitting outside making sure the power stay on. He did not leave until the main power was on and sent me a text so I could turn on the air-conditioning best service

Ray and Rosie are fantastic hosts, very friendly, and with great local information. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable and is in an excellent location by the harbour. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars are within a few minutes' walk. We would stay again without any hesitation.

The apartment provided everything that we needed and more. The location was ideal for seeing both Gozo and Malta, the availability to all forms of transport was excellent. The facilities were ideal and afforded us with practicality and comfort. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. Our hosts were extremely hospitable, informative and friendly.

We stayed at this lovely apartment with our little girl for one night in Gozo. The apartment is in a great location and is beautiful inside with great views from the balcony. The host met us upon arrival and was very helpful and extremely friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again if we return to Gozo.

The location is ansolutely perfect for arrivals by ferry, truly couldnt get closer and the views are fantastic. The host allowed me to drop my bags off a few hours before check in, which was so helpful. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent aircon, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and two balconies. Would be a great long term rental. Its a proper flat, not just a nice room! The host, Ray, was so friendly. He even chucked a beer up to me when I was on the balcony! A good selection of bars/restaurants nearby too.
