“A really nice house in a wonderful place”

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, and the garden is especially lovely. The room was comfortable, cozy and nicely decorated, and overall everything felt very pleasant. The check-in process was also very convenient and easy, everything was well organized and simple to find.

The room was cold. The duvet was too thin.

Beautiful all throughout. The working farm shop and cafe along from the rooms are amazing. Lots of choices and super helpful with menu translation/and local spots to go based on itinerary you wanna do. The resident cat cami and alfre are so adorable and if could of brought cami home i would, we felt like home away from home and would definitely come back with my friends and family. We experienced 2 rooms and both were equally quality and gave us a amazing 1st holiday experience. We didnt want tourists loud and drinking and wanted quiet which is what we got. Bouns live music events and markets at the weekends too so if we didnt want to leave hotel we didnt have to. They defo deserve a follow (Vincent's organic shop) on Instagram for live events in the future... area set up for kids entertainment if you bring the kids and also animals they can visit/feed. This place is a agriculture dream and can't wait to return for longer and get stuck into more of the culture. 20 mins drive to any side of the island is a perfect 👌 locations for us.

“Lovely Nature Retreat away from the City Hussle”

Everything exceeded my expectations. The area is huge and althouhh the property is shared with other renters, we were still at peace. The place was also beautifully decorated, well equipped, and the bathroom was excellent - water pressure was a dream and heated quickly. Bed was also super comfy. Also loved the organic farm just 2minute walk away!! I would genuinely come again!

The house and area around is very cozy and friendly. When we had a little problem with electricity (because of rain) manager helped as very fast. Perfect place!

The place was lovely and an easy drive into Mgarr on a night where there are a number of places that serve excellent food without having to stay in the town. We were travelling around a lot to see places so it was really useful to be near the main road without having to deal with city traffic every day

“Perfect!”

The whole property was beautiful. Perfect for a gate away but also as a base for further trips. Also the small farmers market down the road with a coffee shop was the perfect treat!

The real benefit to booking here is wandering around the fam grounds and exploring the space. This is a real escape from city life so you need to be prepared for the complete quiet. There were other guests booked into the other farm houses but we didn't bump into anyone! Be mentally prepared that you are indeed on a farm so some life will find you, whether lizards, cats or bugs. We were pleased to see all lifeforms! Note that there are 2 small windows in Room 3 so you will need to rely on the electric lighting when indoors, but most of our time was spent outdoors enjoying the view and gardens. We loved the friendly black cat that came to explore our room in the morning as we were packing up.

“Avoid.”

Very disappointing stay in the Barn unit of the accommodation. The unit is advertised as one double bed 2 sofa beds. As we were sleeping separately I expected some form of bedding to be available however there was none (except one pillow) and only a light sheet on the double bed. The temperature has been low in the evenings and one light sheet was not enough. Cue a nightmare trying to 1. Get in touch with Ta Skorba & 2. Get some extra blankets They ignored us essentially and we had to ask the staff at the foodtruck for help (who were really lovely in contrast to whoever manages the accommodation) one of the staff gave us his own blanket!! Ta skorba says they tried to deliver a blanket which I don't believe as they had a contact number for us which they did not call or text The unit was covered in.long red hair belonging to a previous guest & was not cleaned properly The shower did not heat up at all plus the water didn't drain out properly. I asked the accommodation for a partial refund which they refused, I felt after the inconvenience caused by the bedding / inability to be able to be able to contact anyone (I called the number 6/7 times with no answer)/ dirt of unit + shower issue a gesture of goodwill was the least they could do). so disappointing- do better Ta Skorba

A charming place in a quiet neighborhood, friendly staff (especially the fluffy ones).
