“Outstanding - I can’t wait to go back!”

Outstanding experience. The facilities are great (and we stayed in 3 different rooms) but it’s the staff that really make this hotel special. A terrific manager and a whole team who are friendly and helpful from start to finish. They create a wonderful community feel. Happy hour is a great way to mix with other residents, too.

Lovely small hotel, very nicely decorated, with a beautiful courtyard. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the homey vibes, home cooked breakfast and the happy hour in the evening. Last but not least, the hotel is located in the most amazing neighbourhood.

Wonderful quirky hotel with lovely, friendly staff. Very comfy bed and super shower. Tasty breakfast served in or outdoors. We enjoyed chatting with other guests during happy hour. Nice restaurants nearby. Loved Mexico City! Uber is super cheap which was a bonus, especially going to the airport.

Lovely location with lots of small restaurants and a park closeby. The hospitality of Alejandro, Patricio and the whole team was exceptional. We stayed in a big, comfortable apartment, which was well equipped. The best part of the stay was the communal hot breakfast and happy hour in the evening, where we got the meet such friendly and amazing people. Kudos to the team for this idea of socialising. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Mexico City.

Excellent location and the staff are the friendliest. Very cute property with so much love and attention. Delicious breakfast, such a nice touch with the happy hour drinks in the evening to mix with other guests. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

The location in Condesa is central but very peaceful, with several excellent restaurants close by. They provided a daily, locally inspired hot breakfast along with cut fruit, pastries and fresh juice. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect- right in Condessa and very walkable to nearby Roma. Easy access to Metro for sightseeing. Close proximity to Mexico Park which is teeming with life!

“Home from Home”

There was nothing to dislike here. The area of Condesa is lovely. A leafy suburb with lovely shaded walks, parks, shops and cafes. From the moment we walked through the door of the Red Tree House to leaving we were treated like family. Everyone who stays here is recommended by someone else who has already stayed and you can see why. The atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms large and comfy and common areas are like being at home. Complimentary happy hour every day at 6pm brings together all the guests and gives you the opportunity to make new friends or simply to get ideas about where to explore the next day. Breakfast was also a communal affair too. Plentiful. With fruits, cereal, pastries, juices etc and a different hot Mexican breakfast dish each day too. We had the best time here.

The hotel is very sweet and in a great location. Interiors are nice and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.

Everything... Place is stunning, staff are friendly and welcoming. There's a great atmosphere and warmth about the place. Their happy hour is a great way to meet other residents and find out places to go that aren't really on the tourist trail. My bed was really comfy and even though I was overlooking the street, it didn't feel noisy or anything. The area is very safe too with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop in.
