Nice place with very kind English-speaking hosts! They were flexible with check-in and check-out, which was a huge help during my trip. The place felt homey and the bed was super comfy. It was great to have filtered water and coffee available in the room. I was able to pay by card without any issues which was a nice surprise too

The owners couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean, had a fridge and filtered water is available. The outside terrace was a real bonus. Lovely area, Anima cafe was very good as was the pizzeria. Supermarket 2 mins away. Would recommend.

“Very convenient and great staff”
Very nice and quiet terrace. The owner is flexible and responded quickly to my requests. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Safe location with good bars and restaurants around.

“Do not recommend”
I had to call 3 different numbers to get the information about checkin upon arrival. Thank god I'm fluent in Spanish otherwise I don't know how we would have got into the place. The floor in the room was filthy. There were long hair everywhere. The bathroom was dirty and the toilets hadn't been cleaned. There were literally pee stains on the seats. There were stains of killed dead bugs on the walls. The rooms are badly insulated so you can hear everything from the room next door. The photos on booking are very deceptive, there are clearly from a long time ago. Our room didnt look like those photos at all.

“Cozy place with all the basics in nice neighborhood in Mexico City”
I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights. This place is a little hideaway in a super nice safe neighborhood in Mexico City. The bed was comfy and the price was very reasonable. Communication with the host was easy and they let us stow our luggage in a safe place after check out so we could still go see the anthropological museum before our evening flight.

I loved my stay at The 222- great location, friendly hosts - private room and the roof terrace was relaxing and great for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommend this place !
