Returning to the same hotel and landing in a completely different type of room was a pleasant surprise. This time we had a large space with a full kitchen, huge windows, and a living roof — it felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room, in the best way. The same cleanliness and reliable communal amenities carried over from the first stay, and the staff remained consistently good.

The staff were attentive from the start — when they flagged that our originally assigned ground-floor room was noisy, they proactively offered to move us, which was a lovely touch. The room we ended up in was tiny but made excellent use of its space: compact, clean, and with a cozy energy reminiscent of a well-designed small New York City hotel room. The shared kitchenette with water and coffee station was a genuinely useful communal amenity, and the little gym was a welcome bonus even if the warm weather made it hard to use.

“Great location in a relatively quiet accommodation”

We stayed in a room in the upper part of the building not facing the street which made it more quiet and we liked it. There is a bit of background noise from time to time probably due to ventilation system outside but nothing earplugs can’t fix. For Mexico City, this hotel is very quiet and we slept very well. The room is spacious and clean, and bed is comfortable. Be aware that kitchen stuff is minimal (we didn’t need it as we didn’t cook). Location is great, close to coffee shops and restaurants, walking distance to Chapultepec park / Anthropology museum, walking distance to Roma Norte and condesa, etc. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the 24/7 security at the entrance.

The room was lovely - very spacious, comfy, and light. The roof terrace was amazing with a fantastic view of the surrounding streets. The area is great - although you are a ~30 minute metro ride from the centre we would actually recommend this as the area the hotel is in is much more peaceful and well suited for dinners and drinks out, and a short walk from the beautiful areas of Roma and Condessa. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the free water and coffee on offer at all times.

I enjoyed my stay at Reforma Guest House. The location is particularly convenient for visiting all the great restaurants and cafes in the area. It is well worth going to the top of the building and spending time on the rooftop.

Great, comfortable hotel with great staff. The area was perfect, it felt super safe and there were good restaurants, a few bars and coffee shops around. I could happily walk around at night and felt safe. The hotel is also always locked, with staff on reception 24/7. The bus to the big museums is a 10 min walk away and the subway only 15 min walk. The hotel was clean, modern and it has a rooftop which was nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. There wasn't much noise from the street. I would happily stay again.
