“AMAZING”

The owner and the staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, always taking care of every little detail. I visited with my two children, aged 2 and 5, and everyone treated us so warmly — the kids were absolutely delighted. They had been feeling homesick, but thanks to everyone’s kindness, they regained their smiles and energy. You were so happy to receive our thank-you letter and origami, which made us truly happy as well. We’re also very grateful to your son for playing with my children! My children were so sad to leave this place (and so was I!). We already miss you all. The room and the terrace were both so lovely, and my kids and I absolutely loved them. There’s a supermarket, a park, and a market nearby — the location is just perfect. We’re already looking forward to the day we can come back again when my kids are older. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff was super kind and very helpful. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to stay longer in the common area. From there, we paid them to take us to the airport, even in the middle of the night. I’ve never been to such a friendly place! The design of the place was very cool, the room was very clean and organized. In the morning, you’ll wake up to a very good coffee in a lovely setting :)

Nice hostel outside of the Centro Historico with lots of food options close by. Including a place beside the hostel that serves traditional Mexican in the evening. Nice terrace above to enjoy a coffee.

Staff were so nice, Daniel, Jorge, Jazmin, thank you guys. They are always willing to help, and trying to make you feel comfortable. Facilities are so good, kitchen, rooftop, Wifi, the coffee, no complains. My room and my bed were so comfortable. Location is good, few minutes far from subway station, and quiet area. Definitely i would go back this place.

very friendly staff; comfortable beddings; spacious and very clean room; nice terrace to chill out; pretty cheap to Uber to the main attractions so overall it's good value for money; didn't feel unsafe in the area; okay wifi; they let us have breakfast earlier than usual which is greatly appreciated.

The owners and staff are incredible. Daniel, Yeni, Javier and Brandon were extremely friendly, accommodating and informative. We have found their advice useful when moving around the city and also used their own transport service for some of the trips.
