No one could help when the bathroom was flooded at 1am, there was no employee to be able to change rooms so I had to look for another hotel.

“Great location and spacious rooms!”
Great location. Our stay coincided with the Flowers Festival, so the street was closed to cars and the shops had very nice displays. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. Would stay again :)

Perfect location and great apartments with amenities. The only problem was when we arrived we got 6 hours with no towels because their partner delayed.

The towels were old. The cleaning service was minimum. The breakfast service very limited. No water (bottles) in the rooms nor in the gym nor in the reception..
