“IT'S A TRAP -- They check every box for amenities and hope you won't notice. Pics 100% different.”
The property is fine if you were to pay for what it was worth. Instead they advertise it as a 4 star hotel and charge you accordingly, but really it's only a 2 star hostel (shared spaces, shared bathroom = hostel, not hotel or condo). And if that's what you want--great! But lying is not okay. I finally got a refund after a ton of calls and messages to the manager. They are happy to accept your credit card but won't REFUND your credit card---you have to give them a mexican bank account so they can transfer you a refund. I sure hope every traveler has one of those.
