For a hotel of this "range" we've never experienced such a bad service. Check-in took about 30 min even tho we had a reservation. During our stay, many times no one would answer when we would call reception from our room. We had to keep calling over and over until finally someone would respond. Twice during our stay, we simply asked for water to be brought to our room. The first time, the water took 1 hour to arrive, even tho we were following up every 20min. The second time the water took 1h30 hour to arrive. It was unbelievable. Other than that, the shower and wardrobes are very low quality. The room service had no vegan options and barely any vegetarian options. The temperature in the room is quite cold and doesn't get hotter even when pushing the temperature up to the max.

Room was great apart from a large Pillar in one corner that effectively reduced the space by one quarter. Fabulous location in Condesa..Great front of house and concierge service.

“Stylish, modern, clean, safe, colorful kind and well equipped with everything you could need.”
My mum and I really enjoyed our stay at the Mondrian. It had everything we needed — a diverse and delicious breakfast, very helpful staff and a concierge, and walking distance to the beautiful streets of Condesa. The streets below our room could get pretty lively at night but Mexico City is. Lively place! Overall it didn’t disturb us.

“Would be good for a short stay”
Location is great, I had to sleep in ear plugs every night because the sound of the smoke alarm clicking was so loud directly above the bed; have never had to do this in a previous hotel or afterwards in Mexico or anywhere I've travelled, not the fault of any staff just bad design with the smoke alarm directly above the bed and maybe they were running out of battery but we informed the IT specialist and he said there was nothing he could do.
