This was my second stay. The staff were very helpful.The restaurant served good breakfast. The rooms were very clean. The car parking is a bonus and public transport is accessible and very close. Coffee and water in lounge is a plus. Unfortunately, there was storm flooding and the staff moved us from ground floor to upper floor.It was managed very professionally and everything was back to normal in morning. Well done staff.

Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. The breakfast was the best.

Room was tidy and spacious. Hotel overall was clean and well kept. My mom had to leave very early to catch a flight, the staff provided her with a mini breakfast to go which was very kind, biggest reason I will recommend this hotel again.

“Perfect for a modest traveller”

The multiple exits into several streets made it easy to order a taxi to the best spot, and to walk comfortably to different parts of the city. The room was comfortable and the room service — considerate. The WiFi worked perfectly. The staff was polite and courteous.

Friendly staff, clean room and good amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and good food at the restaurant. Big parking garage. It's not necessarly close to the historic center, but nothing that a nice walk cannot fix.

The hotel was nice, the area was very safe, even though a bit of a walk the the main tourist area.. would definitely stay again.

Helpful friendly staff, clean room. Good buffet breakfast, easy walking distance to some restaurants and the historic centre. A couple of minor issues that the reception staff solved for us. Excellent affordable late check out facility which was ideal as we had a late flight. They also provide a luggage storage area. You can buy a drink in the restaurant area, plenty of communal seating if you don't want to sit in your room. They ordered us a taxi for our journey to the airport which was at a reasonable price.

24h reception available I believe! It was very clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff spoke English, and was very kind. They even helped me with a (paid) early check in. There's Airco available in the rooms and extra safety locks for the doors. If you want to order room service, that's possible. Daily cleaning was also possible. The shower was very nice and even had a place to sit. I could even connect my music to the room audio! At the breakfast buffet you actually get served coffee, which had a very luxurious feel to it.
