“Looks more luxurious than it was”
The hotelroom was clean, and you had the option to get room cleaning every day. The room was spacious. The staff tried to help me despite me not speaking Spanish. I could check in at 4am, which was very nice. Communication with the hotel was easy through whatsapp too. T

The hotel was lovely but the best thing was the complementary breakfast. Fantastic every morning with great variety and lovely staff. Juan was super friendly and nice to us. I would recommend the Pan Frances (French toast).

“Terrible experienfe”
TV in my parents room was not working and the lady in the front desk was rude and gave no option and the only option she gave was for the to leave the room and wait more than 6 hours so they could assign another room. When tried to reasoning with her she was very rude will never stay there and send my parents She was saying that is the service you have to take it

“Great stay”
Spacious rooms, with great reception of Marcos. We also used the sauna, which was great after a long day of walking. Great amenities, would recommend staying here if you stay in cdmx for more than 3 days and want room and able to cook.
