I was cold. The room didn't had heater and during the night it was pretty chilly for me. Breakfast was too expensive for the quality

Workers were very nice, even at 2 in the morning. The hotel is very safe and gated in the evening. They were helpfull and we could store our luggage while exoloring. The shower was comfy.

Amazing location for a first time visit - convenient to get to all the main attractions. Staff were also kind enough to allow me to check in early and generally were very pleasant. There's even a local phone that they allow you to use free of charge.

Everything was good.Hotel has good accommodation and excellent service. The location of the hotel is perfect not far away from any of the city popular tourist attractions and closest airport Benito Juárez.

The location of the hotel was very good. There are various transportation options to get to the historical district and Chapultepec Park The surrounding area is safe and there are many restaurants and cafes.
