“Disappointing stay”
My room was one of the most expensive, with a whirlpool tub. There were many maintenance issues, for example: Both sinks were not draining correctly; the right one could not be used at all. The shower head was malfunctioning due to excessive calcium/sediment deposits. The toilet was loose and rocking. The TV in the bedroom did not work because it was not connected properly. The blinds above the tub could not be used because the remote control was missing. The light fixtures above the tub did not work. There were no instructions for the safe in the room.

“Good hotel with good service with a good value for money.”
Nice hotel with nice staff willing to help you. This means good service. The room has good space, good bed and it is clean. And internet works without problems. The free parking place helps a lot, and you can count on parking service. It is a good value for money and I recommend for those who needs a hotel around the Satelite region in Mexico City.

“I’m general speaking is a nice hotel with a good price. It is clean and the rooms are nice”
The AC, it’s too old, it leaks and throw ice if is on for too long. Iron has a short cord and does not work properly. No coffee machine in the room, besides that the room is nice, comfortable and clean.

The house cleaners came in while there was a do not disturb sign and removed the sheets off the bed. Then I had no sheets for the whole night and the hotel did nothing to help... Right next to the highway so you can't walk anywhere useful.

Great value for money. I warned the staff in advance that I would have to leave early and after changing the dates of my stay on booking, I got my money back for the days I didn't use.
