“Best Concerige and restuarent team ever but the front desk must change.”
The best thing about this hotel was the conceirge team. We love everyone who helped us everyday there from all the conceirge support. They treated us like family. Helped us with best options and were so kind to our kids.

“Great place stay in Mexico City”
Staff were very helpful, all staff we interacted with.. Late check out was available as well which really suited us. Very clean environment, location is perfect to do most things in and around the city.

Location was fabulous. Food served in restaurants outstanding. Best eggplant parmesan I've ever had and I live in San Francisco with great food so very picky. Room comfortable beds and linens. The 6 other people I traveled with thanked me over and over for picking such a great hotel to stay in. The price was more than reasonable for the accommodations location and service provided.

Comfortable bed, great location, some staff were professional and nice, good response from security and massage therapist after I nearly fainted in the spa, good quality room service food, lovely to have a swimming pool and gym.
