Good breakfast and good staff

really nice that we had breakfast. all the staff in the kitchen was amazing. staff in general (reception) not that helpful in our experience, almost no one at the reception could/ would speak English and we received misleading information.

“I arrived at the airport at 5 AM, and hotel check-in was at 1 PM, so I booked this hostel hoping to rest for four hours.”

I arrived at the airport at 5 AM, and hotel check-in was at 1 PM, so I booked this hostel hoping to rest for four hours. The hostel's location was indeed good. However, the experience was absolutely terrible. The soundproofing was extremely poor; the noise was so loud I couldn't close my eyes at all. For four hours, I could constantly hear large metal objects hitting the floor and scraping. By 10 AM, there was no water left to even brush my teeth or wash my face. I left my luggage for 30 minutes, and then I lost my luggage storage voucher. They wanted to pay 50 pesos instead of just confirming that the luggage was mine. I strongly advise against staying at this hostel.

Great location with an amazing view from the roof (main square). Good breakfast and facilities.

The rooms are ok for a hostel. You get free access to the rooftop bar (otherwise 200$), a welcome Margarita and 15% off a dish, which is great. You can leave your luggage for free for max 24h. Check in and check out very easy and uncomplicated. The bar plays music until 12AM, which was not the problem and it's known.

Location was great. The staff went well above and beyond to help with organizing and accomidating my travel plans. I don't speak Spanish and the girl behind the counter helped me with so much I am so grateful.

PERFECT PLACE IN Centro, absolute gorgeous view from the roof and from some of the rooms, very cool place, bath and showers in the rooms:) free welcome drink (at least for my stay) + food included breakfast (Mexican!!)
