I loved my stay at Hostel Juarez. The staff were amazing, warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish (Skye & Jorge are absolute gems!). The entire place was spotless, the hot water was always consistent, and the Wi-Fi was excellent, which made everything easy and comfortable. The location is spectacular too, with so many great cafes and amazing food options nearby. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and I would happily stay here again.

The staff, the beds and the location!! Everyone is very helpful and super friendly, and I felt welcome right away. Jorge, in particular, is a wonderful person and made our stay truly special. The rooms are a bit small, but it’s an old building, so there’s not much that can be done about that. The beds, however, were fantastic. I’ve never had such good mattresses in a hostel before.

The Hoatel Juarez is clean and comfortable - I stayed in a private room. Has a shared kitchen downstairs and a hangout area on the top floor, including a great terrace to get fresh air in the evenings. Staff were super friendly and helpful and welcoming It is close to the subway and restaurants and bars, but the street is on is super quiet.

“My short but very pleasant trip to Hostal Juarez, CDMX”
The hostel was probably one of the best. I arrived early and Jorge the staff on duty put my luggage in the storage room. He was friendly , he recommended places close by to see until check in at 2 pm. The room was small but not crowded, each bed had a fan, a light and a privacy curtain. 4 beds to a room better than 8 wich would have been very crowded. As I checked out Jorge had prepared a pot of coffee free of charge. Very good quality coffee and it made me feel like home. My trip was brief and I will be back next time in Mexico City.

“It’s a safe and clean hostel with great staff! Recommended!”
The hostel is in a lively and safe neighborhood and in walkable distance to all attractions (or you walk to the metro etc.). The staff are super friendly and welcoming and will help you with any query. Even before you arrive they will get in touch via WhatsApp to make sure you get there safe. It’s a sociable atmosphere with a bar at the top without being a party hostel. Daily events will be send into a group whatsapp. The room we stayed in was small but very clean and the beds were very comfortable and private.

“Greta, friendly stay in a cute neighbourhood”
I came back to the hostel to fly home from CDMX because I had such a good time the first time around. Great vibes, great staff, very comfy and private beds. I loved the common areas and terrace on the top floor, as well as the designated working spaces and the fully equipped kitchen. I love that there was a good sized shelf, a lamp and several power outlets by each bed. The hostel is very clean and they have a ton of events. Great location, Juarez is a cool neighbourhood. Check out the local market if you want to cook at the hostel.

Great hostel, great location near to food places and stores, air conditioning/fans. Cool bar at the rooftop, friendly staff available to help book excursions or questions etc. Daily cleaner.
