“Perfect ticked all the boxes”
A modern hotel in a fantastic location. The rooftop pool area was a real bonus and was bigger than it looked in the photos. A really nice place to relax after visit visiting the city. A fabulous choice at breakfast… and all the staff from those in the restaurants to reception and in the pool area couldn’t be more helpful

“Clean, friendly stay in a great central location”
Room was nice and clean. The lounge access was nice where each morning provided different breakfast options. Same with happy hour, they switched it every night. Staff were all really friendly. Location was great and central where a lot of the attractions were within walking distance. And there was easy access to public transport to get to the other sites. From previous tips, I requested a room that faced the back away from the main road so it was nice and quiet. View wasn't great as it was a parking lot but can't complain as there were no noise issues and slept great.

Great Location right in the heart of the city, beautiful hotel with rooftop pool and spa , staff were very friendly and responsive. Rooms were very clean with extra towels.

“Nice comfortable stay”
It’s in the centre of the city, surrounded by many restaurants and bars and the door staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the pool area was nice, suitable for young children with a smaller pool.

“Great, safe location. Practical with good facilities”
Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great rooftop bar/pool area to relax away from the bustle of the city. We stayed at the beginning of our three-week Mexico trip and rebooked for a couple of nights at the end. The 8th floor room had been freshened up and was more pleasant than the 2nd floor room. Both identical, with a huge comfortable bed. The concierge was very helpful with good quality trips. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and the wonderful Museum of Anthropology.

“A comfortable place where you feel looked after.”
We enjoyed our stay and came back a second time during our trip. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel is clean and well looked after. It is well connected with metro stations and metro bus stations. Definitely a place to come back to.

“Perfect location for a city trip in Mexico City”
The Hotel is perfectly located, for sightseeing and activity pickups, everything reachable by walking distance! The was very friendly and helpful. On the weekend it was a bit loud from the street, we got a free upgrade the next day to a quiet room. The room was very clean with comfortable beds. Perfect value for the money!
