Security personnel were wonderful. Was grateful we could leave our bags for a number of hours before we could check in. Ground floor apartment was lovely. Very well furnished. Super comfortable beds. Very spacious. Great location for chapultepec park and zoo. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Really enjoyed our stay.

“Great stay, details were all taken care of.”
The location is excellent. There is always someone on the property to manage the access and great workout room plus laundry which was a surprise. Full size fridge, and kitchen appliances that we didn't need but great for those that do.

“Great for couple, 2nd bedroom poorly equipped.”
Fantastic kitchen equipment (electric kettle....rare in Mexico!!) Spotlessly clean. Very comfy beds Bathroom nice with large shower space, shower dispensers for soap, shampoo etc, all very clean. Towels changed every 2 days. Main bedroom very well equipped with lots of drawers and wardrobe space. Fantastic laundry room with separate washers and driers for each flat and soap and conditioner provided and clearly labelled.

“It was very clean and welcoming.”
They overbooked and had to relocate us to a different apt building. We booked a two bedroom but ended up staying in two different one bedroom apts. but in the end it was fine.

“Best place to stay in Condesa - brand new renovated and best located!”
New renovated apartments (Penthouse) with more than enought space. Very friendly contact. Best location for a Mexico City Trip with lots of bars/restaurants in the surrounding. I will definately come back to Condesa - what a wonderful trip!

“Nice location, great stay!”
The reception opened the door and gave us the keys so it was super convenient. There were three tvs with Netflix which is good when you have children. The beds were comfy and place was clean.
