“Best 5-star hotel ever visited at great location in Polanco, Mexico-City”
Casa Polanco is really a fantastic hotel at a very convenient location. The buidling is beautifully restored and has a mix of authentic and modern details. However, most important is the extremely customer focused staff. You feel yourself really "at home" in Casa Polanco. We have visited a lot of 5-star hotels but never experienced staff as nice and sympathic as the staff at Casa Polanco.

“Too short but very lovely!”
Breakfast was delicious! And we also loved getting a drink while we waited for the Uber in the evenings. Service/staff was great! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

“the place is fantastic. however it is too expensive for what it is.”
There were some troubles with our stay that were not timely or properly addressed. I think it comes down to being a very new property with staff that was not experienced enough.

I cannot get a hold of anyone at the hotel by phone, both during and after my stay. The listed telephone number does not work as a valid phone number. At check out they were supposed to email my bill but it has not arrived so i cannot expense it at work. A bit annoying, i must admit.
