“Beautiful hotel”

Such a beautiful hotel on an old mansion house. It’s a little hidden from the main road behind a gate but there is a sign on the gate. The staff are amazingly nice and spoke great English. We got lots of info about the local area during check in including maps. They even had a little mezcal bar. The neighbourhood is beautiful - highly recommend walking to Parque Mexico. Breakfast was decent, including fruit, yogurt, pastries and a different cooked option each day. There’s also a coffee machine that you can use anytime as well as a purified water tap.

Staff beyond amazing, fantastic breakfast, really cannot find a negative. We arrived really late and the honesty bar was so great. I would (and have) recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Mexico City, a real gem

The fabulous hosts, Alex, Diego and Fernando were exceptionally attentive and helpful. The building, furnishing and artwork are understated and elegant. The bedroom and ensuite beautiful. The breakfast is a delight. Wonderful location. We were so lucky to have stayed at Casa Comtesse.

We were only here for one night but will most certainly return. The vibe is truly like living at your artsy pal’s vacation home. The hospitality is very personalized and they really do their best to make you feel comfortable. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable! The back garden and common areas of the property were very welcoming!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and prepared breakfast for us even though we had to leave very early in the morning. The breakfast tasted great.

Beautiful small guesthouse in great location. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the mezcal tasting offered. I would happily stay again anytime!

We loved everything about Casa Comtesse. The building is super charming and our room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff was truly wonderfull. They helped us with booking tours and provided great advice for the things we did on our own. They serve breakfast every morning at a communal table where we meet many of the other guests and had great conversations. The food was excellent for breakfast. They also have a small bar where they serve cocktails in the evening which was a nice way to start our evenings before heading out.

Beautiful house full of character & history . Very helpful and friendly staff . Both Alex & Diego spoke good English and were very professional. Breakfast was very good . Full use of kitchen if we wished and tea / coffee making available all day. Lovely private garden at rear . Location very good . Unfortunately we were only spending one night there before returning home. Would definitely go back there if ever visiting Mexico City again.
