There was no hot water in the shower. The sink in the bathroom, yes but not the shower. I told them but it was not fixed. I had to take cold showers.

Very central and easy access to major attractions and restaurants. Room was very big and had a kitchenette, which was useful.

The reception was not really welcome. They could not speak english. On the website their check in time is 13:00 but they checked in everyone at 15:00.

Location is great. Rooms are apartments. There is no A/C but you get a fan and the room temperature was fine.

Great location, good amenities, comfortable and large room. Clean place with good views. Close to good restaurants and the park. Rooftop is very nice

“Good location but avoid Reforma facing rooms if you're sensitive to noise.”
Location is very central (but Reforma, like most of Mexico gets very busy with traffic) Rooms are spacious Staff is helpful Terrace has nice seating and tables, as well as outdoor kitchen.

“Good spacious apartments on Reforma”
Very good apart hotel for work and digital nomads. Apartments are very spacious. Kitchen table is very comfortable for work, strong WiFi, good light arrangement. Location is good, right on Reforma. You have a beautiful view to skyscrapers and main street of Mexico city. Restaurants, street food, metro are close to hotel.
