“Short walk to Polanco and safe place to stay.”
I liked that there was someone on reception at all times. The manager looked after our bags on our departure day. It was great to have such generous check in and departure times. A very good hot shower. Quiet residential road. Our room was on the internal courtyard so fairly quiet for road noise.

“Nice staff, good location, but noise is a big problem, and the price is quite high.”
The staff are really nice and helpful, always trying to improve my experience in the place, e.g. changing the room for me. The location is very convenient, even though it's not in the real Polanco. It's at the edge of the original Polanco area.

Perfect place to stay located in a quiet street. Free laundry service if the stay exeeds 5 days. Short distance to shopping and restaurants in the great neighborhood. Large room and great design.

Amazing hotel, excellent location very close to a pubs, bars and restaurants. Very safe area, we were walking around at late night and felt very safe. Hotel decor is very warm and top notch. Rooms are very spacious with walk in robes.

“Excellent hotel close to Polanco neighbourhood in Mexico City”
The hotel is modern, rooms are nice and well equipped. It is located very near Polanco neighbourhood, one of the poshest neighbourhood of Mexico City. It is a safe neighbourhood to walk even at night and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel has a private parking (garage) which is very useful if you are coming by car.
