“Horrible experience”
The hotel canceled our reservation without any notice. That night, there were four other groups in the same situation, so this is common practice.

“Good little budget hotel on the outskirts of Mexicali”
Staff was nice, free parking, they gave us late checkout after we missed a night because of a missed flight, room was pretty OK

“Great Hotel”
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Free coffee at the room was nice. Air condition was very good. Breakfast was nice. Wifi was fast. Free coffee at the lobby was great. I will stay again very soon...

First night we got there they informed us our room had had water damage and they could only offer us two one bed rooms for our party of four, but I had to pay the additional room with a 15% discount.. I had to call booking.com about this and all of a sudden they had a cancellation and we got a two bed room. The girls were very nice, but it took me an hour to check in. I refused to pay for something that clearly was their responsibility to resolve. They had the single bed rooms, they just insisted I pay for the room. After that our stay was comfortable.
