“Never again will I stay at hotel colonial.”
I was treated with disrespect from the young lady in front desk. She insisted that I was wrong for using the wrong towels for the pool which I was never told which towels I was suppose to use for the pool since the very beginning when I checked in. She made me feel ver uncomfortable. They did not explain anything just ask my name and handed my room key no info what so ever.

This is a standard business hotel along a highway, three or four more of the same style on the same block. There are standard roadside restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms are comfy and spacious, without any luxury. We got a room in front of the pool, but by the end of december, even Mexicali becomes too cold to take a dip.

“I think is a good option for staying at Mexicali, good location”
The room was nice, the hotel it's cozy and clean but looks a little bit old. Breakfast it's ok but not varied. The hotel team has always been friendly and helpful.

“They shouldn't built a hotel in front of a railway.”
The room was very clean. We were four people and they gave us free breakfast for 2. Location was very centric. It's not really expensive. The bathroom has a tub. The people at reception were always available and gave us extra towels when asked for them.
