“Would’ve stayed longer but pool was not available to use.”

“Good and bad customer service”
Only hotel of hundreds I have stayed in that has no glasses in the bathroom, called to see if maid maybe forgot to leave one but they said that is the hotel policy, if I wanted one I had to go to the bar in the lobby to request a plastic glass. Not consumer oriented on this, had to get dressed and go down to get it.
