“Privacy invasion”
On Sunday morning, the household opened my door. I complaint and management said they do that to ask of they clean the room, which is ridiculous and unnecessary considering I had my check out that day.

“The hotel unfairly cancelled my reservation without notice.”
The hotel cancelled my reservation without prior notice. I had a confirmation to pay at the property and a second confirmation for a late check-in. When I arrived at the property, I was informed that my reservation was cancelled because I did not pay in advance. I was travelling with a small child and was not able to find a vacancy at another hotel due to ongoing sporting events that weekend. I did not find a vacancy until two hours later at about 2:30 a.m. This hotel should be banned from booking.com.

The beds were very uncomfortable. They were hard. The bathroom had no hand soap. I called the front desk to ask for soap and they never brought it to my room. I had to ask a cleaning lady in the hallway for soap.

“I’ll stay here again when traveling to Guadalajara!”
