This accommodation is extremely poor. Please be very careful when choosing! The shower water flow is extremely small, and the temperature alternates between extremely cold and extremely hot. When we checked in, it was during the extremely hot weather in Europe, with the highest temperature exceeding 36 degrees. But we simply couldn't take a shower. The advertised washing machine was unplugged from the power supply, and even after reconnecting the power, it couldn't actually operate. The indicator light was flashing, looking very dangerous! We contacted the landlord to explain these issues, but the landlord didn't reply at all. Although the booking complaint process was rather cumbersome, we still chose to check out the next day. Fortunately, it took about two weeks for a refund of one night's room fee. We hope Booking can strictly control the quality of the properties and truly protect the rights and interests of consumers!!!

“Beautiful modern apartment, close to outlet mall”
We chose this apartment for it's location, we were walking distance to the large outlet mall. The apartment was very nice, very modern, had enough space to put our clothes away in cupboards and drawers, comfortable bed. Good views, walking distance to grocery store and buses, very quiet location, well stocked kitchen.

Location was great, excellent communication with the host who helped us navigate and check-in easily. There was parking place on the spot. Apartment was great and spacious, beds were comfortable and all the amenities were provided. Thanks! Definitely recommended!

“invasion of privacy”
On the second day of our stay the owner reached out to me to ask me if he could pass by to the apartment to grab some sheets, I told him no, because we were on a boat in Tubingen and that he will have to wait until the night in order for us to be there and let him enter. but SURPRISE, while we were out he entered the aprtment which made my and my family feel very insecure and afraid because the owner has no respect for privacy. On top of this, the first day, the arriving day, we had to wait 40 minutes outside the apartment tired in the sun because the owner did not let us know how to pick up the keys, so we had to call him several times from different numbers in order for him to pick up.
