“A piece of Paradise in Metung”

We LOVED our stay at McMillans and the view from Villa 18 is just beautiful. . This resort is a little piece of paradise, beautifully kept grounds, peaceful, wonderful wildlife, we didn't want to leave. The villa is well equipped and stylishly decorated older style with plenty of extra seating available for staring at the views from the deck.. The bedrooms are spacious, with the main on the upper level with a big bathroom/separate toilet, accessible as an ensuite/ or for all enjoying the upper level from access via the kitchen. Sheree, who looks after the resort is a true gem that is always available to try and assist where she can and is a wealth of knowledge on the local area. The pool area is delightful, salt water, solar heated and well protected from the wind and is next to the rec room which is something else...if we'd had kids with us I'd say we'd never get them out of there!

Great house for group of 8. We had a 9 night stay. Kitchen well stocked with crockery, utensils, etc Complimentary bottle of wine 🙌🏻 Great location. House nice and clean. Sheer the manager was a great help.

The house was lovely and clean. Fantastic kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful bathrooms, loved the floor plan, kids rooms are downstairs while adult room is upstairs. The games room is very impressive, our boys spent hours in there playing pool and table tennis. Would love to come back in the warmer weather and make use of the amazing looking swimming pool! Well done to the hosts who have thought of everything to entertain their guests!

The lady running the place, I think her name was Cheryl or Sharee - but I could be completely wrong - was excellent. Very helpful with info and help. She was fantastic. The games room was a solid hit with the kids. The grounds and property were really nice

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The space was immaculately clean, and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The place was located in a beautiful location. Tom and Clare were excellent hosts – friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my visit. Everything was just as described, if not better. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay with great hospitality. Would definitely come back!

The property was beautiful. The house was lovely with heaps of space. Location was perfect! Amenities were great for the kids. Pool was suppose heated but it wasn’t. Didn’t stop the kids going in 🤪🤪

We have stayed here before and love how spacious the accommodation is. The beds in the main rooms are super comfy. The kitchen is well equipped. The view of the lake is so lovely. There’s so many comfy places to sit outside in and relax.

Beautiful property, fantastic location opposite the beach. Had all the required amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. The property manager Sheree was amazing and helped us with the dryer and a few other things. Also thankyou for the late checkout.

There were two gates to enter, which looked identical - the instructions did not specify which gate to take nor did the instructions give a correct contact phone number to the property manager.

Beautiful setting and loved the activities on site with the tennis court and games room.
