Glan-y-mor is located within easy walking distance of Metung village's shops, dining venues and the lakefront boardwalk, along which we very much enjoyed strolling of a morning. Facing quiet bushland, the very well-appointed, roomy studio offers complete privacy and comfort. Our generous hosts provided us with bacon & eggs and other treats to enjoy.

Beautiful apartment. Very well equipped with high quality furnishings etc. Bed exceptionally wide and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with excellent easy to use shower. Very thoughtful provisions such as fresh eggs, bacon sourdough bread for breakfast. Fresh orange juice, wine and beer also provided.

The studio was very clean and well appointed. When we arrived we found a number of staples in the fridge and the pantry which we hadn’t expected. The location was very good and it was very easy to walk into Metung. The personal care products in the bathroom were excellent, and the bath (bath salts provided) divine. The host was friendly but not intrusive.

The place was excellent, comfy and well appointed ensuring we had a fabulous time. In addition, the hosts provided some eggs, bread, bacon and milk which was a generous touch!

“Relaxing and comfortable studio”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the studio and appreciated all the extra touches and quality of the furnishings. The photos don't do it justice, with all the light that comes through the glass and the 3m high timber sliding door its a very lovely setting. The free standing bath was very relaxing too! The studio is just the right size being cosy and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Annette and Andy are super gracious and thoughtful hosts. As we arrived on a late Sunday afternoon, they prepared some food and drinks for us that really warmed our hearts when we checked in. They also provided amenities, kitchen equipment and supplies that are all first class. Especially the Bose wireless mini speaker that we can't stop playing our favourite songs once we stepped in the house. This is one property where the beautiful pictures as advertised do not do enough justice to it, it's that pretty and comfy. This is the first time in years that we find it difficult to leave a place, we wish we can stay much longer as we had such a great time. Thank you very much, we can't wait to return again.

“One of the best laid out and spacious facilities we have encountered.”

For people who like a cooked breakfast, it was very well catered for with bacon and eggs being supplied. In our case we usually have a light breakfast of cereals. The layout of the facility was exceptionally well thought out and is one of the few out of the many places we have stayed that we did not have to switch on a light, to avoid bumping into things on the way to the toilet. We always travel with 3 sensor lights, which we normally have to set up in the evening to avoid possible trips or falls on the way to the toilet.

Our 2nd time at Gla-y-mor! Needless to say it's a stunning studio apartment in a beautiful location, with friendly and accommodating hosts. We will continue to make this little piece of serenity our go-to for a relaxing break.

Stunning fit out. Wonderful hosts and quiet location close to Metung village. Beautiful toiletries- soaps, bath salts. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, tissues etc. Fridge stocked with bread, milk, eggs, orange juice, beer and champagne plus some lovely chocolate. A great assortment of Teas plus coffee and a coffee machine. Fully equipped kitchen, making cooking a breeze. Private views from the accommodation were very peaceful.

Absolutely loved our stay at Glan-y-mor studio. Totally secluded, private little hideaway, steps away from the fabulous little township. The pub was amazing, also the local bakery is a must ! Another little surprise was all the special touches at out Accommodation, eggs , bacon , bread and all the condiments you could ever need . Fabulous! 10/10

Absolutely everything! Spacious, clean, comfortable, exceptional kitchen equipment and very generous and thoughtful complementary food and drinks. The location is very quiet but within walking distance of everything.
